We help organizations implement objective, job-specific approaches that support safe, inclusive, and safe and timely return-to-work. By pairing functional capacity insights with task level job demands and evidence-based standards, our guidance enables effective accommodations, targeted modifications, and smoother reintegration pathways.

Representative projects & contributions:

• Paramedic Work Disability Prevention & Management System Standard. Provided structured practices and tools that organizations can use to prevent disability and support reintegration, including guidance relevant to operational stress injuries and sustained participation. 

  Funded by Defence Research and Development Canada.

• Inclusive & Accessible Skilled Trades Employment (Accessibility). Generated evidence and future standard inputs that inform accommodations and training adjustments, helping trainees/apprentices with disabilities enter and stay in meaningful skilled trades roles.
